T Rextasy.com

Back at home again for a few days before we're off on the road again. What a great time we had in Scotland. It was nice to be invited back to Rothes Hall in Glenrothes and also to pay at the Eden Court Theatre in Inverness. Between the two venues we played to just under a total of 1000 fans who came along to see the band play their 2hr show. I've already had a small stack of emails from people who attended those shows, so thank you all so much for the lovely comments. I have not kept a secret of the fact that I do love Scotland and there is something about the people there that I really warm to...I wonder if I have some Scottish in me somewhere down the line?! Well the next time we will be back there will be for our mammoth yearly visit to the Pavilion in Glasgow, so to all our Scottish friends, we'll see you then, if not before! I would also like to thank Ona for sending me a lovely piece that was written about T.Rextasy in the Scottish papers recently.

I had an email on my return from Andy Ellison who has informed me that our live version of 'No Russians in Russia' that we performed at The Standard Music Venue in London last year is to be aired and shown on a cable television channnel and programme called Frank Moore's Unlimited Possibilities on BTV Channel 28 on Monday April 12 at 11pm, Thursday 15 at 11pm, on Friday night/Saturday morning on April 17 at 3am, and again on Saturday April 17 at midnight. This performance featuring Andy Ellison and T.Rextasy has seemed to have caused quite a stir in certain circles which is very nice indeed.

Why oh why is there so much bitchiness in Bolan circles? It's starts off laughable to me in the beginning and then I feel it is such a shame, as the Bolan scene is filled which such great stuff, but then marred by jealousy and other such traits from the same few dozen people. The sad thing is that in the bigger picture, a stones throw away from the internet, of which we see throughout the UK, it's one of great times and wonderful stories from hundreds of fans that I meet and chat to from all over the country. I suppose in the end, this is why so many fans (and there are thousands around if our attendances are anything to go by these days) do not venture out further than to go to our gigs and meet up there. I see so many genuine fans who adore and love Marc, and some of the stories I've heard are just wonderful. It's each to their own really and I'm just very happy to be in that perfect club of real fans that know what it's all about and are not swayed by what they hear by rumour and know what they know by just being a Marc fan.

Just a quick reminder that I'm doing a radio interview tonight at 8.45pm for Forset FM and Express FM. I know this station goes via about another 5 or 6 stations as well around the world, but I haven't got the frequencies to hand, so sorry about that. I've been interviewed on this station before. The DJs are reall glam-rock fans and have interviewed many glam rockers such as Dave Hill and Roy Wood, etc. I don't know how long the interview will be, maybe for around 15 minutes or so, but no doubt there will be non-stop talk about Bolan and T.Rex, and of course what T.Rextasy's plans are for the future.
